By downloading, installing, or using LumiTube ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

LumiTube is designed for parents to curate video content for their children. By using this App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of any children for whom you create profiles.

LumiTube provides a curated video viewing experience for children, with features including:

• Parent-controlled content filtering based on preferences
• Screen time management and scheduling
• Watch history and analytics for parents
• Weekly usage reports (optional)

LumiTube uses third-party services to provide video content. By using the App, you also agree to the terms of these services:

Note: LumiTube is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. All YouTube content is provided through the official YouTube API and is subject to YouTube's terms.

As a user of LumiTube, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your PIN and account credentials secure
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any content filtering or security features
• Supervise your child's use of the App as appropriate

LumiTube uses automated systems and AI to filter content, but we cannot guarantee that all content will be appropriate for all children. Parents should:

• Review the content filtering settings regularly
• Monitor watch history through the Parent Dashboard
• Adjust preferences as needed based on your family's values
• Report any inappropriate content through the App

LumiTube is not responsible for third-party content accessed through the App.

LumiTube offers subscription plans for premium features:

• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play
• Free trials may be offered and will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Parent Dashboard, which will permanently remove all your data from our systems.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
